One of the beauties of art as therapy is the ability of a person to express his/her feelings through the art form.. This workshop helps people who face discomfort, anxiety, vision and space issues, shocks, turning points or blockages of any sort as well as people willing to learn about themselves through a fun, creative tool.
The idea of self- exploration can often lead a person to some insightful conclusions about themselves.
Come express yourself on a piece of paper, get an insight into your creations and see things about yourself that you otherwise may not have comprehended. |

| Workshop Content |
- A presentation with 6 art-therapists trainees, sharing about the method and their experience
- A panting session with boards, brushes, imported German organic watercolor paint, imported Japanese paper for wet paper watercolor technique.
- A brief individual feedback to each participant

Leila |
|
Leila is a French artist and therapist with Indian origins. Born in NY USA, raised in the Indian Ocean, Paris, London, Beijing and Mumbai, she has traveled around the world to understand the human nature in its global form. Colors attracted her since the age of 3, when she started her first art class. They are now her universal means of communication, a planetary language.
She is certified from a 5-year course from French Art-Therapy School, based on the works of Margarethe Hauschka.
She has studied at St Martin's College of Art and Design, London, in London College of Communication and the European Business School.
She is also the founder of The Art Loft, which came alive in May 2010.
