Avid-The School of continuous Learning presents Vedic Mathematics workshop with Dr. Bhalchandra Naik. The workshop emphasizes on learning Maths as was used in ancient times . Vedic Mathematics offers multiple choices of methods which will help you to work with your own pace. The course will cover 16 methods for quick calculations as well as special methods for shorter, easier & accurate calculation tricks. The alternate methods allow you to calculate by one method and check by another method. The course will cover the mathematical operations- addition, subtraction, multiplication and division and their applications in solving mathematical problems involving squares, square roots, cubes, cube roots, algebraic calculations, solving simultaneous equations, geometrical problems.
Vedic Maths will help the participants to turn on the human calculator in them and apply the methods in all walks of life and view the subject in a fun way. It works magically, but it is not magic, it is mathematics. |

Square root and Cube root etc.

Dr. Bhalchandra Awadhoot Naik, a M.E.-Civil, Structural, D.B.M, a National Merit Scholarship holder, a Senior Lecturer at Structural Eng. Dept, V.J.T.I., Mumbai. Vice –Chairman , Mumbai Grahak Panchayat, a Yoga Teacher at Yoga Vidya Niketan.
Have won the State Award -Best Teacher, thought Vedic Mathematics to more than 5000 students so far, He has delivered talks in schools, colleges, social organizations, on A.I.R., & Television channels. He has written series of articles In Science Today, Maharashtra Times, Science Reporter -magazine and several other magazines on topics related to consumer Issues, Yogic Practices, Vedic Mathematics, and Management.
